At Ruth & Honey Co., we provide nurse-led postpartum and family wellness care designed to support the physical, emotional, and mental recovery after birth. Our services are built on the belief that every family deserves culturally responsive care, thoughtful education, and hands-on support. This is care rooted in community, connection, and the belief that no one should navigate this season alone.

  • Lactation Support

    Our lactation consultations provide personalized, compassionate support for your feeding journey. Whether you need help with latch, milk supply, pumping, positioning, bottle feeding, or combination feeding, we’ll work together to create a practical plan that supports both you and your baby. Insurance coverage offered through The Lactation Network. 


    Cash Pay Options: 

    Initial Consult (90-120 minutes): $180

    Follow-up Consultation (60-90 minutes): $110

    Pumping assistance (60 minutes): $75

    Prenatal Consultation (60 minutes) + inital postpartum visit: $175 ($75 prenatal only) 

    Flange fitting: Free within 10 miles of 85295. Cost of travel fee for visits > 10 miles.  


    Travel fee: $25 added for travel > 15 miles outside of 85295.

  • RN Postpartum Support

    Wellness support, newborn care, meal delivery, light housekeeping, infant feeding support, car seat safety education, and installation assistance.

  • Postpartum Cohorts

    Our Postpartum Cohorts are intimate, RN-led care collectives designed to nurture, educate, and support families in the fragile weeks after birth. Each cohort offers a blend of personalized in-home nursing care*, lactation support*, mental health check-ins, postpartum care services, and newborn education. We meet you where you are, bridging the gap between prenatal and postpartum care. 


    Offerings begin after birth through 8-12 weeks postaprtum in 4 hours increments. Services are as long or as short as you need with prices listed below. 


    8 weeks (56 hours total): $4,875 

    10 weeks (70 hours total): $6,200

    12 weeks (88 hours total): $8,000 


    *fees may be reimbursed by some insurance plans. Superbill can be provided upon request.

  • Embodied Wellness

    Embodied Wellness provides gentle, restorative care during the postpartum season. Our certified instructor offers yoga, sound healing, meditation, and stretch therapy tailored to support recovery, rest, and emotional grounding. These practices help ease tension, restore energy, and create space for mothers to reconnect with themselves as they heal and adjust to life with their newborn.
